Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) with at least 3 years PQE. You will play a key role in managing and developing a varied caseload, with the opportunity to make the role your own.

 

Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include advising on:

• Estate and succession planning


• Drafting and advising on wills


• Trust creation and administration


• Non-contentious probate matters and estate administration


• Preparing lasting and enduring powers of attorney

This role would be responsible for developing new business opportunities for the firm.

 

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who can integrate well with our team and provide exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have:

• Extensive experience in Private Client law, with a minimum of 3 years PQE


• A proactive, client-focused approach


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• A proven ability to manage and grow client relationships.


• Experience in business development and marketing


• STEP qualification (beneficial but not essential)


• Strong organisational skills with proven ability to manage a caseload efficiently.
