Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing a variety of residential property transactions, delivering high-quality legal advice and services to our valued clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity for career growth and professional development within our firm.

 

Responsibilities:
- Manage the conveyancing process for residential property transactions from start to finish
- Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, deeds, and mortgage documents
- Conduct title searches and review property surveys
- Coordinate with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Handle any issues or disputes that may arise during the conveyancing process
- Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the transaction

- Develop and maintain relationships with all local referrers of work, developing new streams of work wherever possible.

 

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Residential Conveyancer or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of the Conveyancing Quality Scheme would be an advantage.
- Proficient in using conveyancing software and other relevant tools
