Brian Purser

Brian completed his articles with Heckford Norton in Hertfordshire in 1975 and brings decades of experience to his practice. He has built an extensive depth of knowledge across both commercial and residential property law, developed through many years of advising clients on a wide range of transactions and property-related matters.

Brian advises on landlord and tenant matters, the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements and leases, and commercial freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, including site acquisition and redevelopment projects. His experience also extends to the sale and purchase of businesses and companies, as well as commercial and residential investment properties.

In addition, Brian regularly acts on residential freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, shared ownership, equity release matters, lease extensions for both commercial and residential properties, and a wide range of associated work including deeds and declarations, new-build plot purchases, Help to Buy, and re-mortgage transactions.
