Christina Hartley-Hengist

Christina joined the firm in March 2025 as a Solicitor and Director and leads the firm’s property practice. In her leadership role, she is responsible for overseeing both the commercial and residential property teams and contributing to the firm’s strategic direction and growth. She is a Solicitor regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, having qualified and been admitted in 2019.

Christina completed her law degree at the University of East Anglia (2012–2015) and went on to complete the Legal Practice Course and a Master’s degree in Law at The University ofLaw (2016–2018). Her Master’s studies included a specialisation in family law, and she also holds an equivalent qualification in psychology,which informs her considered, client-focused approach to advising on complexand sensitive matters.

She advises clients on commercial and residential property, as well as wills and probate, with a small amount of associated litigation. Christina has a particular interest in commercial property work for small businesses and developers, where shecombines legal precision with commercial awareness to deliver practical,strategic solutions. Clients value her clear leadership, structured approach,and ability to guide matters efficiently.
