Ron Shittu

Oluwaronke (known as Ron) joined the firm in 2020 and completed her training contract with us before qualifying as a solicitor in 2022. She holds an LLB in Law from Griffith College, Cork, an LLM in Child and Family Law from University College Cork, and completed her Legal Practice Course at De Montfort University, Leicester.

Ron advises clients on a wide range of residential and commercial property matters. Her day-to-day work includes freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new-build plot purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity. She also regularly deals with voluntary first registrations, assents, deeds of variation, declarations of trust, statutory declarations, and adverse possession matters. Ron is known for her organised, methodical approach and for guiding transactions through to completion efficiently and with clear communication throughout.
